Week Calendar

Join us with a naturalist in Midewin as we learn about the history of the preserve and explore its wooded area. 

Each session begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down. Participants rest while numbers are called for the bingo game, then complete exercises or health education questions, then rest during number calling, and so on.

Join us in reading and discussing books designed to make you question everything.
