Program Description

Event Details

During the course we will discover how the linking of physical movement and breath work can begin to slow the mind and release stress. This class is great for people who are looking to decompress from their day or need low impact exercises that will still build strength. All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome! For your comfort, please come to class on an empty stomach (eat two hours before class) and wear loose fitting clothing. Bring your own yoga mat if available.

You will find the waiver which must be signed for participation. Once you have signed it, you are eligible for participation in all three yoga sessions. Please email it back to me, kclark@fossilridge.org or return it in person to the circulation desk.
